Ryan Hamilton, Associate Professor of Marketing at Goizueta Business School, Emory University will join us to discuss how branding and product pricing can impact customer psychology and decision-making. Professor Hamilton co-authored a book and co-hosts a podcast called The Intuitive Customer, which applies the insights from consumer psychology to effectively managing customer experiences.
